1. What products does Norvioren™ offer?

Norvioren™ focuses on practical and stylish home storage solutions designed for everyday living. Our collections may include organizers for bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, entryways, and other home spaces.

2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. How long does shipping usually take?

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 10–15 business days
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 11–16 business days
  • Other regions: 15–20 business days

4. Do you provide tracking information?

5. How much is shipping?

We currently offer a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible.

7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

8. What if my package is lost in transit?

If the shipping carrier confirms that your order has been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

9. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Some items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, gift cards, personalized products, certain personal care goods, and other non-returnable items as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
