To support a more efficient fulfillment process, some items may ship from selected logistics partners, fulfillment centers, or supplier warehouses. This model helps us manage inventory more responsibly, reduce unnecessary storage waste, and keep our products accessible at fair pricing.
Through this shipping approach, we aim to:

1. Order Preparation and Shipping Cost
Every order is reviewed and prepared before dispatch to help ensure product quality and delivery accuracy.
Standard Processing Time
Orders typically require 2–4 business days for preparation, inspection, packing, and shipment confirmation.
Busy Periods
During holidays, promotional events, or other peak shopping periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery timing depends on the destination and shipping route. The estimates below are general transit windows and should be treated as guidelines rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

3. Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. This message will include your tracking details.
Please keep in mind:
- tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment creation
- an inactive tracking page immediately after dispatch does not necessarily mean the parcel is delayed
- packages may still be moving through the carrier network before updates appear online
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For international orders, shipments may be sent on a duties unpaid basis.
This means:
- any import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility
- Norvioren™ is not liable for delays resulting from customs inspections or import procedures
- customs requirements vary by country and may differ depending on order value and local regulations
While many smaller household items may pass through without additional charges, we cannot guarantee this for every destination.
5. Address Changes and Order Cancellations
We begin handling orders quickly so they can move into fulfillment without unnecessary delay.
If you need to update your shipping details or request a cancellation, please contact us at service@norvioren.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has moved into processing, we may no longer be able to:
- change the shipping address
- cancel the order
- edit item selections
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if any correction is needed.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We want your order to arrive in good condition and with the support you need if something goes wrong in transit.
Damaged on Arrival
If your package or item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will assist with a replacement when applicable.
Lost Shipment
If the carrier determines that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Delivery Notes
Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Norvioren™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Delays may also occur due to:

- carrier disruptions
- customs processing
- peak season shipping volume
- local delivery limitations
