Return & Refund Policy
At Norvioren™, we want you to feel comfortable when placing an order with us. This policy explains the conditions for returns, how refund requests are handled, and what to expect if there is an issue with your order.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- it must be in the same condition in which it was received
- it must not show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
- it must be returned with original packaging when applicable
- proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. Requesting a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process, including where the item should be sent. Where applicable, a return shipping label may also be provided.
Please note:
- returns must be authorized before being sent back
- items returned without prior approval may be refused
- sending a product back without contacting us first does not qualify as an accepted return request

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package once it arrives.
If your order arrives with a problem, such as:
- the wrong item received
- visible shipping damage
- a defective product
- missing or incorrect contents
please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and provide a solution.
To help us process the issue faster, we may ask for:
- your order number
- photos of the item received
- photos of the packaging or shipping label when relevant
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned. These may include:
- personalized or custom-made items
- perishable products
- hygiene-related or personal care goods
- hazardous materials or flammable products
- gift cards
- clearance or final sale items
In addition, original shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before requesting a return.
5. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges on all items.
If you would like a different item, size, style, or variation, the usual process is:
- request and complete a return for the original item if eligible
- place a new order for the item you would prefer
This helps speed up the replacement process and avoids unnecessary delays.
6. European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to applicable consumer protections.
To qualify under this period:
- the item must be unused and in original condition
- original packaging should be included where applicable
- proof of purchase must be provided
This applies in addition to any other rights required by law.
7. Refund Process
After a return is received, we will inspect the item and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved:
- the refund will be sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase
- please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval
- your bank or card provider may need additional time before the refunded amount appears on your statement
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still do not see the refund, please contact us.
8. Return Shipping
Do not send any product back without return authorization.
If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions. In some cases, we may issue a return label depending on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order.
A return sent to the wrong location or without approval may not be processed.
